Unknown Pleasures brings to mind a stroll down a cold street in Manchester, England listening to Joy Division, sipping on a warm cup of London Fog. The fragrance opens up with the smooth sweetness of honey and Earl Grey tea, with a zing of lemon. It dries down to a cozy vanilla, soft tonka bean and waffle cone base, sure to make any gourmand lover smile.
NOTES: Earl Grey tea, lemon, bergamot, honeycomb, tonka bean, caramel, vanilla and waffle cone

Good Enough to Eat
At first I wasn't crazy about the scent: That may be because I had also gotten a sample of Followed which is so strong it actually overpowered my nose when I took the samples out of the package. Once I separated them, it could shine all on its own. It's an interesting scent that doesn't set off my migraines at all. That alone might make me buy the full bottle.

Lemony Goodness
A nice lemon gourmand that is not cloyingly sweet. Tea is a nice note here that makes it quite interesting. Staying power seems to be pretty good and bottle is a nice looker! My first kerosene and I am intrigued to try many others.

Skin chemistry dependent
Smells horribly of burnt chemical sugar on me, smells like a gorgeous lemony sweet aura on my friend. Try before you buy.

Lemon Bar goodness
This opens up with a blast of lemon bar/pastry accord. It's sweet and decadent with the citrus providing the right amount of tartness. On the side you have nuisances of earl grey tea. When it dries down it morphs into a vanilla and caramel ambery skin scent which is definitely long lasting. also 5/5 customer service to the indiescent team for accomodating my sample request and for holding my item when there was shipping problems with the forwarder I was using.

UNKNOWN PLEASURES
While my first visit with this perfume was a bit hesitant and underwhelmed due to the lack of Earl Grey contrary to the notes that were given, the more I had it the more I've fallen in love with it. To me, I would describe it as a lovely tart lemon curd topped with Movenpick's Vanilla and Caramel ice cream, and dries down to a very creamy and honeyed lemon meringue pie with a dollop of caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream. It also has amazing silage, and lasting power, and other people will definitely be able to smell you too. On my skin, it fades in about 5 hours, but on my clothes (where I prefer to spray) it lasts days, to the point where I've worn a scarf for a whole week and still got whiffs of the smell. I absolutely love this now, though I wish it came in a smaller bottle because you really don't need that much and it'll take forever to use up!
