The core structure of Arborist is redolent of many great Scots timbers: their leaves, flowers, fruits, roots and soil being the quintessential portrait of the forest. Arborist presents a unique blend of raw flowers, botanicals, resin sap, underwood and surprising forest fruits. The fragrance is resolutely sylvan - and intriguingly multifaceted - with more than a hint of human skin, oily tools and distilling elixirs haunting from afar.

Wood, and then some wood

Very aromatic slightly smoky oud-like woody fragrance, out is not listed but the richness of woody notes gives such an impression.
Recognizable are all of the woody notes listed, fir, spruce, on bed of myrrh, jatamansi, lichen, with some sweetness from quince and saffron.
My favorite Jorum Studio so far.
