Centrepiece is a smooth, sophisticated fragrance that blends its elements so that no particular note stands out. If you try, you'll detect the honey, frangipani flower and cedarwood, underlain with a light, green tea freshness. It came into being after a trip to Fortnum & Mason's ice-cream parlour, along with a stroll around the perfumery. There, Sarah met a perfume connoisseur who dropped into her studio a couple of months later and selected his favourite fragrant ingredients: green tea, a honey accord, frangipani absolute and cedarwood. Sarah blended those with elements of vanilla, citrus sorbet, and just a hint of chocolate. When her team sat around the lab benches sniffing what resulted, a gentle feeling of peace, of finding a calm centre in a busy world, fell over the group. Hence, Sarah named her new perfume Centrepiece.
NOTES: Honey, green tea, vanilla, frangipani, cedar, musk

"Centrepiece" has a candle like scent. Like a holiday candle centerpiece, or bathroom candle. Fresh and romantic.
I can see how it would fit at an ice cream parlor, but one that has frequent birthday parties - candles. A combination of a variety of ice creams.
Tart and bright opening. Good sillage. One of those scents I love smelling over and over.
Of my 4160tuesdays, it's my second most used. I have one other that if I had earlier would probably have been used more: Hammersmith Tea & Biscuits.
