Yuzu is a bright yellow citrus fruit that's smaller than an orange. It tastes somewhere between a grapefruit and a mandarin orange...very aromatic, sour and tart. The main idea of Yuzu Soda is simple: a refreshing, sparkling drink for summer made from yuzu (including the fruit, the leaves and the tree) with fizzy soda garnished with mint, basil and rosemary. To complete this summer-inspired, hesperidic fragrance, perfumer Prin Lomros added magnolia blossom, Japanese nashi pear, camphor and orris to re-create Japan's summer vibe. A dose of musks and aldehydes add the essence of warm, clean, fresh laundry in the summer air. Simple and beautiful...the art of Zen.
NOTES: Aldehydes, camphor, mint, yuzu, bitter orange, petitgrain, pear, pineapple, rosemary, magnolia, soda, orris, basil, vetiver, musk, seaweed

One thing I love about this house is how unique all their scents are. This is unlike anything else I have in my collection!
This is a very sharply citrus scent, so if bright lemon-y things aren't your cup of tea, steer clear. If you do enjoy that type of scent, and have been searching for one without loads of sugar in it, this might well be the scent for you!
Personally, I enjoy more orange-centric (and sweeter!) scents, so I am glad I bought a sample first!
