A decidedly different collection of brilliantly paired fragrance notes housed in an alluring glass bottle decorated with an iconic image of Japanese theater. Time honored tradition.

I REALLY love this one!!
It is definitely full of sugar, but there's a pleasant tartness from the grapefruit and lychee, and just the perfect touch of jasmine. This is NOT a vanilla scent, (perhaps some noses associate "sweet" with "vanilla"?!), although that might have made it even more delicious! I keep this beautiful little bottle on my desk at work, and spritz myself (once, on the neck), when I need a cheerful pick-me-up. And, I have had coworkers stop at the door of my office to tell me how good it smells, so the sillage is pretty impressive! I think that if you like Michel Germain's sweet female fragrances, you would very likely enjoy "Kabuki".

My scent!!
I have been wearing this for several years. It is 110% my perfect scent. It's a shame it's so hard to find these days for logical cost considering the small size. Worth it. LOVE it.

Kabuki
Very sweet and gourmand, even though it doesn't seem like it would be from the notes. It has a vanilla cake scent to it, studded with candied, sugar coated grapefruit and a tropical, juicy lychee. I don't get the jasmine at all. Super sugary and citrusy, but very fun and great for the price.
