Beautifully balanced niche
Excellent fragrance , bright dry cedar, ebony resins ,something fresh and green and a foundation of well behaved oud. Cedar and a bit of graphite are the standout notes on my skin. Good for cooler weather, although could easily be a warm weather signature scent with restrained application.

Spicy conifers
First impression is spicy resins and dry grass, quite a coniferous smell with some hay underneath and a touch of citrusy note. It is hard to imagine anyone not liking this fragrance, a pleasant, year-round masculine-leaning. Oud is listed as a note, but it is subdued, nothing that someone may find offensive, it is an aromatic woody interpretation. Definitely bottle worthy.

WOODS of LEATHER
I did not expect how much I would like this one. Yup, you'll get the familiar fruit/citrus/ oud combo. In Faunus, though, instead of the classic orange and oud, the blend here is done with bergamot, which I like much better. Maybe it's because I am so used to the orange/oud, or maybe it's because the bergamot and oud, when paired, just works better together. There is a wonderful leather that is not of the masculine type, even though Faunus does lean in the opening to the masculine side. The woods are all throughout the life of this fragrance. Faunus is not too soft a scent, but it's not going to clear the room either. If you've never had the chance to try a wood-and-leather, then this one should be on your list to sample. Well done.
