Product Description
Saltburn is a small town at the very top right-hand corner of Yorkshire, where perfumer Sarah McCartney was born. It was built in Victorian times, the vision and project of a Liberal MP, railway owner and peace campaigner, Henry Pease, who wanted workers to have a place by the sea to visit for their holidays, but with no alcohol available. For this reason, Saltburn remained small and unspoiled. Saltburn Driftwood is a walk along the beach on a breezy day, watching the surfers flying along the cold, North Sea waves.

Following reading description, my thoughts.

More estuary than ocean. Perhaps the English North Sea has more that vibe. Rock pools accord might be the primary. Sharp aldehyde start, settling more to a softer aldehyde. Smells like unwashed wet hair. Later following staying in an estuary all day, smoke from distance fires.
Might be a great watery addition to another beachy fragrance. I don't think I will wear it on it's own. I added Shakira -Paradise Elixir-, another beachy scent, making it more feminine. On it's own, I think it would be better on men.
Might make a great room fragrance.
