It is made by boiling sugarcane juice or palm sap (known as toddy) until it thickens and solidifies. The result is a dense, unrefined sugar product. Coconut nectar is a natural sweetener made from the sap of coconut blossoms. It has a sweet, caramel-like flavour, and the subtle complexity of roasted cashew nut adds layers of indulgence and sophistication.
