Exultat is inspired from the fragrance that the Italian families used to give during the wedding ceremonies. The white linen prepared for the ceremonies are purified with ash and lavender. Maria Candida Gentile visited the San Lorenzo church in Rome, and it was after this experience, she was moved to capture the spirituality of this ancient holy place.
The famous Director Pappi Corsicato who has worked with Pedro Almodovar loved Exultat so much that he decided to use it as a focus point in his next movie.

Reminds me of a LUSH shop.
Exultat is sweet, slightly soapy violet (like a sweet violet scented bubble bath) and a natural, juicy lime with a little bit of warm, ambery, slightly dusty incense in the drydown. I love Maria Candida Gentile's fragrances and you can really tell that they are made with quality ingredients. Rich, long lasting, unusual but lovely mix of violet, lime and incense.

The top notes weren't my favorite...
This fragrance was a 50/50 for me. The first forty-five minutes smelled of dusty orange candy and violets. After that phase it was all effervescent champagne and succulent citrus; very charming and a joy to wear. This perfume lasted almost all day with moderate to good sillage.
